Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino is a hotel currently being built in Las Vegas, NV. This luxury condo-hotel will feature iconic architecture, forever altering the Las Vegas skyline. The hotel will be home to the Cosmopolitan Dining Club. There will be a dozen restaurants in total with different menus to appease varied palettes. The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas will feature clubs and lounges as well as a a 5 acre around the clock pool playground. This pool paradise, the Cosmo Beach Club is set in the air overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas will be a full service resort with a 75,000 sq ft casino. Shoppers will love the specialty shops and all guests will enjoy the Cosmopolitan's two theaters. The first 1,800 seat theater as well as a 500 seat cabaret style theater.

The Cosmopolitan Hotel will reside just south of the Bellagio Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip and adjacent to CityCenter Las Vegas, which is also currently be built. The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino is projected to open in 2009. The Cosmopolitan Hotel Las Vegas was rumored to be facing financial problems. There is talk that several big Las Vegas hotel owners were considering it for purchase, but none have been finalized.
