Simon Restaurant & Lounge/Poolside is a blast
Are you kidding me... Sunday Pajama Brunch at Simon Poolside! INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sushi Bar, Bloody Mary's, Mimosa's... Need I say more??? We laughed the entire time and probably made quite a scene with what little pajamas we were wearing. Anything goes in Vegas, right??? Just one big party from morning til night.. Make sure you try the Crispy, Creamy Shrimp and the Tuna Tartare. I am getting hungry just thinking about it. You won't walk away from this brunch (literally) hungry- They fill you up and it is a blast!Was this review helpful?

Simon Poolside is DELISH!
This was such a pleasant surprize to find out about this great restaurant. The sushi was sooo fresh and beautifully creative! It truely blows me away when you go to a sushi restaurant and the chef is able to present you with something you've never seen or eaten before...that is what you get with the food at Simon's. The decor and setting is warm and beautiful. The servers, as well as the chef, were friendly and attentive. I look forward to eating here again the next time I am in Las Vegas.Was this review helpful?
