Hoover Dam Tour- what a site!
We had fun time on the Hoover Dam tour. What a magnificent view, and an incredible and an amazing accomplishment! You can also see breathtaking view of Lake Mead from the dam. I was very impressed to learn that Hoover Dam was named one of the top ten construction achievements of the 20th century. The trip was very well organized and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining which made even more special. It was worth the time and money to visit this place.Was this review helpful?

My hubby has always wanted to take a tour of the Hoover Dam so I finally gave in and agreed. I would get a spa treatment if I went along with him for the tour. Actually, I found it fascinating and the views were breathtaking. It was about a 40 minute ride from our hotel and our tour guide educated us along the way. I had no idea that when it was built, it was the world's largest hydroelectric power generating station as well as the world's largest concrete structure. AMAZING!I highly recommend this tour for not only adults but kids as well. To learn about it is one thing but to actually see what you are learning is a whole different experience!Was this review helpful?
