Viator Las Vegas - Would NOT Recommend This Company!!!
Would NOT recommend to use this company to book your grand canyon tour! Save yourself the risk of heartache and book direct with a tour operator.I recently went online at www.allgrandcanyontours.com to book a trip to the Grand Canyon with Viator for a surprise for my partner on our trip to Vegas. This company took our money (1200USD) and a few hours later advise the trip was not availble. They then advised it will take upto 10 working days to refund us. We are now minus 1200 USD which will not be refunded before our holiday and so wont be able to afford to book a trip to the grand canyon until after we leave Vegas!! :o(I called the helpdesk to see if they could send an immediate money transfer but the rude supervisor advised that it was not their problem and standard practice to charge for the trip before they check if it is actually availble. As much help as a chocolate teapot.... dont risk it. I know have to break the new to my partner that not only will his dream trip not happen but we are down 1200USD spending money for our holiday with nothing to show for it (apart from the refund when we return).If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have marked the experiance as educational as I learnt not to use this company again.Was this review helpful?
