Mamma Mia Las Vegas Show Review
Mamma Mia is the global phenomenon based on the songs of ABBA. It was actually much better than the movie with Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan. It was so enjoyable and entertaining that my wife and I actually stood up and danced with the music; the cast as well as the audience seemed to have great time. Such fun and energized show! Was this review helpful?

Money Well Spent
I had my heart set on the Jersey boys, but since even the discount tickets were so expensive, we decided to see Mamma Mia instead. We got third row seats and were not disappointed! Of course the music is familiar to anyone over the age of 30, and the manner in which they have woven the songs into an admittedly sketchy story is imaginative, to say the least. Minimal sets and costumes shine the spotlight on the music, and the performers all seemed to have good voices. The lead actress played her part in the Broadway production and was outstanding! Her two best friends provided great comic relief and played their parts over the top to an appreciative audience. All of the actors put a great deal of energy into the performances. We left feeling our money had been well spend on an entertaining evening.lWas this review helpful?

Re: Mamma Mia!
Our family went to see Mamma Mia at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. I absolutely loved the show but that is also because I am a huuuuuuge fan of Abba. I had no idea what the plot of Mamma Mia was and was surprised that it was not predictable. All the leads were wonderful; the actress who played Sophie was a bit over the top but that was okay because she was balanced out by the music and the other cast members. Surprisingly so, my daughter of 10 years old, enjoyed the show as much as I did.Was this review helpful?
