What a ride it was!
I would have bet any amount of money that my wife would NEVER ever try skydiving. Well, I was wrong and boy was I wrong. She is now hooked and that is all she can talk about. She is constantly on the internet looking for other jumps to do now that she did her first Las Vegas Tandem Skydive.I honestly can say that when it came time to jump, I thought about backing out, but only for a second. My wife and her instructor jumped first and then it was my turn. WHAT A RIDE IT WAS!!!!! The feeling that your body has while free falling is unreal and indescribable. You have to try it to understand what I am talking about.Worth every minute of it, I promise you that :)Was this review helpful?

Re: Las Vegas Tandem Skydiving
It just doesn't get any better than doing a tandem skydive! It was the scariest yet most awesome thing that I have ever done aside from childbirth! The plane that I was on was a small Cesna that had all of the seats removed except for the pilots. Across from the pilot is a wide door with hinges at the top and when it's opened it swings up and under the wing. The noise from the engine and the wind is INCREDIBLE and I will never forget it! Everything happens so quickly that you really don't have time to think about being scared anymore. The fear is gone as soon as your free-fall begins.A few tips for those of you that will be doing this:Wear shoes that you can fasten tightly. Tennis shoes are best. For men- make sure that you are well adjusted when putting the harness on. My husband wished he would have made sure that everything was in proper place before his ride. Otherwise it can be painful.Take your contact lenses out or ask for tape to tape up the vents of the goggles. If you are anything like me, I was hooked after doing it once and just can't wait to do it all again! Was this review helpful?
