Las Vegas, NV 89109

While there are many shows in Vegas to choose from, there is only one that details the rise and fall of an empire. Best of all the show is free.

Tucked away in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace, the fountain show uses animated statues to tell the tale of Atlantis. The fable begins with the King of Atlantis trying to decide which one of his children will become the new ruler. The children decide to take matters into their own hands as they wage a war against each other. The gods decide to take matters into their own hands and send a winged creature to oversee the destruction of the city.

If you are wanting to get an up close view of the action its best that you show up a little bit early. TV monitors are set up for those that are a little late getting to the show and are stuck at the back of the pack.

Once the show is over you can continue your shopping by visiting some of the many Forum Shops. For those that are still in the mood for another show, check out the 50,000 gallon aquarium that is home to more than 100 species of sea life. Visitors can also check out divers feeding the sharks, puffers and flounders. A staff person will be close by to handle any questions you may have. If watching fish isn't your thing, then head to the front of the shops and you can watch the Festival Fountain laser show.
