While various video arcades on the Strip have race car driving games, the Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix offers up the real thing.
A favorite spot for families, the Gran Prix has pretty much everything that a child could need. Inexpensive food, extensive food, Super Fun Slide, mini roller coaster and three styles of miniature race cars.
The Go Karts are perfect for those that just want to race with your friends. Just a word to the wise, don't get too carried away on the course as staff members will waste no time in pulling your car off the track if you get a little too out of control. The Sprint Karts is a little bit faster and more furious. Despite the "No Bumping" signs posted, don't be surprised is your back end get a little love tap as the racing can get a little bit cutthroat and spinouts can be the norm. No need to worry about a multi kart pile up, though as one of the safety features on the karts automatically cause the karts to slow down once an accident occurs. Once the cars have all been set straight, head back out onto the course for some old fashioned harmless road rage.
For those that are 16 or over, they will be able to run a time trial in the Gran Prix Cars as they race against the clock. Drivers are asked to test their skills by taking two laps around the track without crashing into the tire bumpers or spinning out on their own.
With a trip to the Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix, you will see that underage driving has never been so much fun.
