Think you have the ability and mental toughness to play the same type of course that Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson have played? Then step on up to the tee at the TPC at The Canyons.

With its mix of breathtaking views of Red Rock Canyon and its expertly trimmed greens, the course has often been described as one of the most picturesque in the city. Part of the beauty of the course has got to be that it was designed to preserve the natural habitat. The wash areas and lush vegetation have all remained fairly untouched and provide the perfect backdrop for those that are out for a leisurely round of golf. Take a few moments before you tee off and notice how traces of golden sunlight fall along the fairways or how Red Rock Canyon looms over everything.

Once you have gotten past all the natural beauty its time to get down to business and this course has plenty of challenges that will demand your full attention. The course features two holes that may take a little extra caution and care before you just go up there hacking. Hole number two is a 196 yard par three that plays downhill. The downhill course leads to a heart shaped green which is backed up by a fieldstone wall. The course's signature hole has got to be number 14. The hole is a par four, 360 yard course that runs parallel to the canyon and doglegs to the right. The green appears to be pretty spacious, but be careful not to put too much on the shot as it plays much smaller.
