Andre's in Las Vegas is an acclaimed and established restaurant with the prestige and service that we have all come to expect from Andr� Rochat. Andr� Rochat is the owner of Andr�'s amongst other famous eating locations in Las Vegas including the Aliz� with views from the 56th floor of the Palms Casino Resort.
The story of Andre's is one of passion, desire and a man who followed the American dream. He arrived in the USA with only $5, a bag of knives and cooking skills from his days in the French village of La Rochette where he grew up.
Andre Rochat has three award winning restaurants in Las Vegas however Andre's still remains the undisputed place-to-eat, despite its downtown location. Taking awards such as the Best of Las Vegas (2006), the AAA's Four Diamond Award in 2005 and 2006 respectively, as well as the Award for Dining Excellence in 2005 makes Andre's the place to be.
It is no wonder the restaurant has been put firmly on the eating map of Las Vegas, whilst a healthy mixture of archaic character and dynamic flair ensure that everyone can take something from the experience. Andre's is welcome to praise from industry plaudits and skeptics alike. Since its inception, Andre's has helped to influence and shape tourist's perception of the Las Vegas experience.
Founded in 1980, Andre's French heritage was firmly evident in both the menu and ambience. As word spread, the restaurant gradually grew to its current capacity of 180 where even the arrival of celebrity chefs did not hamper the success and continued growth of the eating experience in the metropolis area.
Rochat is often praised for his attitude and lack of ego that are so rare for a man of his status. His love and passion for fine food, high standards and his highly exclusive wine menu makes his restaurants the only choice for some of the most discriminating eaters in Las Vegas.
Rochat is not only famed for the fine collection of wines at his eateries, he also has a vast collection of Vintage Ports, Spirits and Armagnacs across his three Las Vegas locations.
Andre's In Las Vegas is as much a part of the Las Vegas culture as Elvis Presley and casinos. However, those visiting Las Vegas should prepare well in advance should they intend to eat-out at Las Vegas' finest.

With names like Charlie Palmer and Wolfgang Puck amongst the competition, it is testament to Rochat that the eatery still goes on to achieve great things in an ever fiercer climate.
