Las Vegas is a wonderland of a city which emerged in the middle of the desert a hundred years ago. Since than it has been an ever-changing city that grows more amazing by the day. This gamblers paradise attracts tourists all over the globe who come here to change their fortune.

Emeril's new restaurant takes its name after the famous Delmonico Restaurant and Bar, a century-old New Orleans institution. Delmonico is your classic American steakhouse combined with a Creole influence.

Dana D'Anzi, chef de cuisine, is known to be an excellent chef and has been appreciated for all the dishes she creates. Some of her specialties are the Foie gras. Her multi-faceted dishes are wonderful and she also creates a new goose liver tempter daily.

If you like to have a delicious French onion soup you have found your place. The thick soup is topped with Swiss cheese and a homemade English muffin. If you have eaten before at any of Emeril's restaurants you must know that they are famous for their delectable deserts. Deserts like apple and cheddar cheese bread pudding or Irish whiskey creme brulle are one of Emeril's restaurants signature desserts.

Delmonico Steakhouse hosts some of the finest private parties. You know their good when you hear that Mark Twain, Charles Dickens and The Prince of Wales have enjoyed them too. Delmonico knows a good party when it sees one. You can have your own private party with a number of guests varying from five to five hundred. The services that Delmonico Steakhouse has to offer for these events are fantastic. You get professional event management and planners, on-premise catering, break-out room, wine director for wine pairings, kosher catering available and full service.

All in all Delmonico Steakhouse is a classy restaurant with an amazing atmosphere. You won't regret coming to eat here. It is recommended that you have a reservation before showing up at Delmonico because you might find yourself in the spot of not having where to seat. The dishes are great and the service is unbelievable. If you still have your doubts you should know that Delmonico is the grand award winner for Wine Spectator magazine and in 2004 won the epicurean award for Best Steak House.
