Las Vegas, NV, 89109

Got a hankering for some good old fashioned BBQ to go along with some of the best views on the Strip? You don't have to look any further than the Fireside restaurant.

Sitting on the sixth floor of the Imperial Palace, the Fireside restaurant is the jem of the hotel's dining plaza. With its exposed brick walls, wall sconces resembling lanterns, ceiling fans made of copper, a soothing water wall and for those that are looking for a touch of romance and elegance, the main room features a roaring fireplace. Add all of these things together and what you have got is a little bit of southern comfort and hospitality to the Vegas desert.

While this place is only open for dinner, it offers some of the best home style BBQ around. The menu consists of flavorful items such as steaks and seafood and house specialties such as brisket which practically melts in your mouth and slabs of ribs slathered in tangy BBQ sauce.

When it comes to getting some of the tastiest BBQ around, you have to head on over to the Fireside restaurant. Just be sure to bring plenty of napkins to wipe all that sauce off your mouth.
