While there are plenty of gourmet restaurants on the Strip, there is only a handful of places you can go to get some fine Mexican dishes. One of those places just happens to be Isla Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar at Treasure Island.

One of the favorites of any Mexican restaurant has got to be the guacamole and chips. While regular guacamole is great, Isla goes one better and offers up a variety of guacamole creations. Take your pick of chipotle adobe complete with spiced pumpkin seeds, Mexico City style, lobster guacamole with achiote passion fruit and Serrano chiles as well as citrus tamarind with habanero and mint.

Once you get down with your guacamole appetizers you are going to want to move on to the main course. Take your pick of Mexican taste creations such as crispy red snapper, Mexican spiced chicken breast and Isla sirloin. Of course for those that are looking for something a little bit more traditional, try the chile relleno or roast pork pipan.

Of course with a Mexican restaurant comes a wide variety of tequilas and Isla is no different. In fact, Isla is able to boast of having one of the largest tequila, margarita and sangria menu in town.

For those that are craving something a little bit more exotic, then the Isla Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar is the place to head.
