NASCAR Cafe in Las Vegas
Published On: Jan 05, 2007
True NASCAR fans know and appreciate the importance of the events and what they imply. The stock car racing sport grows bigger in amplitude with every year. And what would be a better place to celebrate the NASCAR than the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
One of the most popular attractions that the city has to offer is the Las Vegas Motor Speedway that hosts some of the biggest events in the industry, drawing the attention of a huge crowd of fans and motor sports enthusiasts from all corners of the world.
After a trip to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway with the smell of gas and burning rubber still in your system, the only place appropriate for the next meal is definitely the popular NASCAR Cafe.
NASCAR Cafe is considered by many one of the most exciting of the many theme restaurants in Las Vegas. It is a real paradise for a racing fan. Giant projection screens entertain the two separate levels of the establishment of NASCAR racing footage making this a unique and exciting dining experience.
The giant screens of the cafe are also equipped with surround sound systems for a more realistic experience.
Projections include NASCAR races, NASCAR news and authentic race related merchandise.
The NASCAR Cafe includes the display of almost 20 real NASCAR race cars and an over three tone Pontiac Grand Prix. The most special car on display is the Carzilla Bar which holds the record for the largest stock car in the world.
The menu includes food for all taste, from pastas and burgers to entrees, Buffalo wings and deserts. They also serve special drinks and host special parties during race events, complete with attractive prize giveaways.
One of the latest additions of the NASCAR Cafe is a new rollercoaster called "Speed- the Ride". Capable of reaching speeds of 70 miles an hour, it is the first rollercoaster in America to use the magnetic force in order to reach a high speed faster.
Passengers begin the ride right inside the NASCAR Cafe and are propelled by a high speed launch across the Las Vegas Strip. The ride passes through an underground tunnel, high speed turns, a dizzying loop ending on a 90 degree incline, after which it follows the same route to return to the starting point.
Also inside the NASCAR Cafe you will find the hidden Las Vegas Cyber Speedway that lies across an area of 35 thousand square foot. It is actually a very hi tech racing simulator that recreates the motion feeling of an authentic race car through realistic sights and with sounds that make you think you are experiencing the real thing.
The NASCAR Cafe also hosts the NASCAR Cafe Racewear Shop, the best place to get your NASCAR collectibles and authentic NASCAR Cafe Las Vegas Racewear. The shop offers a variety of clothes from classic t-shirts to authentic die casts. Here, you can also find a wide array of gifts and souvenirs for the entire family.
