Summary

Famous Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his namesake and acclaimed restaurant to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The Japanese and Western fused dishes have been dazzling guests the world over, and can now be found in Las Vegas.

The decor at Nobu features a black rock wall and a sea weed wall to go along with the bamboo throughout the room, all of this combines to create a warm, organic ambiance. Fresh seafood, sushi and sashimi make up the menu, and they are served in unique arrangements. The odds-on favorite at Nobu is probably the miso glazed black cod, but the lobster ceviche, creamy spicy crab, and yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno are also very popular.

For a classy night out in Las Vegas, come to Nobu at the Hard Rock. The exceptional service, food, and decor will delight all of your senses.

Service was IMPECCABLE!

Incredible food!!!!!!!!!! Not cheap, by there were no regrets what-so-ever when the check came.  Service was IMPECCABLE!!  If your idea of sushi is a California Roll, then Nobu is probably not for you.  But, if you have an adventurous palate and are comfortable shelling out some money for an amazing experience, then you cannot go wrong at Nobu!!  I would not recommend just walking in without a reservation.  Chances are that they will not be able to accomodate you.  Play it safe and call ahead.

Nobu Las Vegas

I highly recommend this restaurant.  It is not inexpensive, but it is worth the experience because the food is amazing and the service is perfect.  It was worth the money.
