Summary
Rao's in Caesars Palace proudly serves simple and honest Italian food seven nights a week. Settle in for a homestyle meal made from recipes that have been passed down for generations. You'll feel like a part of the family when you dine at this great restaurant.
Homemade ingredients are what Rao's is all about. Even the buffalo mozzarella is made by the restaurant to create mouthwatering caprese salads and other great dishes! You won't find a jar of sauce in the kitchen that hasn't been made by the restaurant's staff and the meatballs are the size of a softball.
Reservations are recommended for this popular restaurant. While multiple seatings are offered each night, it can still get pretty crowded. Opt for poolside dining where you can play bocce while you wait for your meal, or snack in the bar area where you'll have great views for people watching.

Average Italian, Rao's
I tried Rao’s for the first time on this trip to Vegas. The food is good, but not great Italian food. I am a huge caprese’ fan and the the buffalo mozzarella appetizer was excellent. The service was good but you have a personal space issue….this is not your restaurant…the waiters have a habit of sitting down at your table. The dessert was marginal, I ordered grappa it was the gasoline-harsh kind. Might not be back, too many other excellent places to eat in Las Vegas. Was this review helpful?

Rao's! Delish!
I had been to the Rao's in NYC and loved it, so I was so excited to hear there is one in Vegas! As I hoped....it was outstanding! You have to at least try the meatballs! The sauce that comes with the meat balls is fabulous. The service is very attentive and I so very much enjoyed my dinner here. Go and enjoy! Was this review helpful?

Rao's Las Vegas Amazing
Amazing dinner. Got seated right away, even at 8pm on a Saturday night. We had the Fresh Fish alla Puttanesca and the Handkerchief Ravioli with a butter sauce and dried cranberries. Very unusual and delightful. (The ravioli was sprinkled with cinnamon) The portions were huge and were glad that we did not go with an appetizer. The prices are up there, but then again are all of the good restaurants in and around Vegas. Was this review helpful?
