He may not have been the inspiration behind Billy Joel's "Piano Man", but for many he might as well be. We are speaking of course of Elton John. After years of making Vegas a stop on his world tours, John has finally decided to make Caesar's Palace his home until 2008.
With more than 200 million albums sold and at least one song landing in the Top 40 for the past 26 years, Elton John is the quintessential showman that Vegas has come to embrace. From the giant letters that spell out his name all the way to the lighted star that he plays on, John's show is pure Vegas.
Of course this show just isn't about glitz and glamour, John is out to show that he can still belt out the tunes with the best of them. There isn't any lip synching controversy here folk. John breaks out all songs such as "Candle in the Wind", "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me", "The Bitch is Back" and of course "Rocket Man." Of course this isn't just a greatest hits performance, John gives guests a glimpse into the possible future such as his new song "Answer in the Sky."
For those that have feel in love with John's music and charisma over the years this is a truly once in a lifetime experience to see the man on one of the grandest stages around.
