For those that can't get enough of laughing at the craziness of others, or those people that don't mind laughing at themselves then Hypnolarious is one production that has to be seen to be believed.
As soon as the self dubbed "Queen of Hypnosis" Michelle Ven Ree hits the stage the audience is drawn into her world. With the help of Deogee, the hypno-pup, Van Ree begins to carefully select her victims form the crowd. That is where the real fun begins as Van Ree is able to make men act like little girls trying on Mommy's perfume and clothing while women become testosterone filled macho men battling it out over whether beer tastes great or is less filling. Of course Van Ree isn't the only one with hypnotic powers as Deogee gets into the act by turning audience members into his favorite type of dog.
Many acts can garner laughs, but Van Ree and Deogee have become a finely tuned machine that continues to amaze audience members. Van Ree is the ring leader of the circus while Deogee brings them in with his adorablity.
Where else can you come to a show only to see your next door neighbor on all fours barking like a dog or begging for a treat?
