Most of the super trendy, ultra nightclubs can be found in the major hotels along the Strip, For those that aren't looking to have to deal with the nightclub crowd as well as the hotel and casino crowd there is the Empire Ballroom.

While it's not located inside a hotel, the Ballroom remains one of the premiere nightclubs on the Strip. Taking over the spot left by Club Utopia, the Empire Ballroom is right next to the MGM Grand and well within walking distance of other hotels and casinos such as the Monte Carlo.

While Utopia may have catered to the rowdy crowd, the Empire Ballroom prefers to take a much more subtle and elegant approach. The main room is decorated in shades of deep, rich red and brown colors and features candles that flicker softly against the walls as well as the gigantic crystal chandelier that hangs overhead. The main room also features soft, comfy overstuffed couches which are ideal for those that are looking to take in all the action that takes place up on stage.

Looking to live like a high roller, huh? Then you may want to head on up to the upper balcony level. The level features a candlelit VIP area as well as eight private cabanas for those that are looking for a hideaway. The level also features a terrace that has some of the most panoramic views of the Strip around.

For those that are looking to hang out in a nightclub that hasn't gained as much pub and hype as some of the others and yet continues to cater to its guests whims, the Empire Ballroom is the place for you.
