The ultimate place to shop in Las Vegas and not only window shop is the Desert Passage. It is the home of more than one hundred and forty stores and twenty or so restaurants. In this mall you will certainly find what you are looking for. Its offer covers every taste and price range.
Nonetheless the Desert Passage is not only a shopping center because you can easily tell it follows the ancient Mediterranean spice routes. This unique flavor of the Mediterranean is made possible with the blend of colors like copper, turquoise and pink and also the open-air market.
The Desert Passage begins with an exquisite home decor store, Z Gallery. In here you can find a collection of artwork and furnishings which are well priced. You can get on the stores mailing list which you will hit straight on if you enter the mall from the parking structures third floor. The Mall is also the home of Sur la Table which is a house wares shop with towels, dishes and bric-a-brac. The Build-A-Bear Workshop makes every child's fantasies come to life. Here anyone can design the teddy bear of their choice by selecting the stuffing the accessories or the bear type.
The stores in the Desert Passage are divided into four sections. The first of the four is the Lost City. In here you may glance at the dome-shaped buildings, the fountain, the public market or the eighty-five-foot-high tower. The market is always busy. Here the shopkeepers sell beautiful hand crafted pottery, dishes, other tableware, spices and other food items.
The entrance in the second part of the Desert Passage, Morocco Gate, is made under a Moorish arch. This part is the mall portion of the Desert Passage. Brands like Gap, Bath & Body Works or Victoria's Secrets can be found here. The Sephora shop will attract the women with its wide offer of make-ups, perfumes and skin products.
After you have finished shopping in Morocco you may turn down India Gate and go towards the Strip. Here you will pass by the Commander's Palace restaurant. Wandering to the right will make you head for the casino. You could also go left to see the Theater for the performing arts or straight ahead to Merchant's Harbor. This is where a 155-foot-long ship is docked. The Wild Pair shop is the place to find brands such as Puma, Diesel or Steve Madden.
You might be looking for entertainment. If that is the case then you go see the large stage outside the V Theatre. Here people gather to watch jugglers, musicians and acrobats from a quarter past one pm to a quarter past seven pm. Do you want to master the art of striptease? You can take classes at the V Theatre because there is no better place to learn this than Sin City.
Exiting nightlife and alternative nightclubs are also present in the Desert Passage. Its offer of shopping and entertainment is definitely worth your while so when in Vegas go visit the Desert Passage, the mall for which you will crave from the day you visited it onwards.
